Asked for a friendly waffle-serving robot with a clear chalkboard reading WELCOME TO GENFLOPS. The robot and waffles arrived, but the sign became a wall of almost-letters and invented menu text. The attractive lighting cannot rescue the failed lettering: posting the untouched result as a Flop.
